REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase with Marshall Kramer, MD. We hope you are satisfied with our service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

 

SHIPPING OF DOCUMENTATION

 

All documentation and instructions will be sent to patients via email.  Upon completing your online registration with the State and receiving your approval, your official State card will be sent to you via US Mail within 7-10 business days.  

 

REFUNDS

 

All refunds must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

 

REFUND PROCESS

 

To request a refund, please email customer service at doctor@marshallkramermd.com to obtain a refund. After receiving your request, we will electronically process your refund via our payment processor, Authorize.net.  Your refund may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account.
